By registering or using StarVault in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. StarVault reserves the right to update these terms at any time with reasonable prior notice to active users.

StarVault is open to users aged 13 and above. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. Creators and Stars must be 18+ or hold legal representation. By registering, you confirm all information provided is accurate and truthful.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure, never share your password, and enable two-factor authentication when available. Notify us immediately at security@starvault.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

All content on StarVault must be respectful, legal, and original. Strictly prohibited: hate speech, explicit content without permission, harassment, spam, misinformation, impersonation, and content you do not own or have rights to. Violations result in removal or account suspension.

Verified creators must disclose all paid partnerships and sponsorships as required by law. Content must be original or properly licensed. Creators must honour exclusive content commitments to fans. StarVault earns a platform commission on brand deals facilitated through our Marketplace.

Fans must engage respectfully at all times. Harassment, stalking, impersonation, and sharing of exclusive content outside the platform are strictly prohibited. Fan leaderboard activity must be organic — bots and artificial engagement will result in immediate disqualification and account review.

All transactions are processed securely. Fan passes are refundable within 24 hours if not accessed. Premium subscriptions are refundable on a pro-rated basis within 7 days. Tips and donations are non-refundable. For billing issues, contact billing@starvault.com — resolved within 72 hours.

You retain full ownership of all content you create and upload. By posting on StarVault, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and promote your content within the platform only. We will never sell your content or claim ownership. Copyright infringement reports: dmca@starvault.com.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. StarVault reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice in serious cases. Appeals can be submitted to appeals@starvault.com within 30 days of action.
